On-Campus Visits

Discover Penn State New Kensington with an on-campus visit! Our campus visits include a presentation, campus tour, and an optional meal in our Cafe 780 dining facility. Campus visits typically take 2 hours, not including the optional meal on campus. 

Note: The optional meal is not offered for visits scheduled during the summer.

High school students who have not yet applied to Penn State are welcome to visit us at one of our prospective student events.

Have you been accepted?
High school students who have received an offer of admission to Penn State are invited to attend one of our accepted student events to learn about their next steps to becoming a Nittany Lion.

Financial Aid

All first-year applicants are automatically considered for Penn State New Kensington campus scholarships when they apply by the Scholarship Priority Deadline of February 1. These campus-based scholarships are merit scholarships based on an applicant’s previous accomplishments.

Academics

Explore 8 four-year baccalaureate degree programs and 45 two-year degree programs that can be completed entirely at the Penn State New Kensington campus. Choose the 2+2 plan to begin the first two years of any of Penn State’s 275+ majors at the New Kensington campus before completing the final two years at another Penn State Campus.
